I have used Show Homes of Mobile and Baldwin County for 2 houses now. Both times I had a great experience and beautiful results. Previously in 11/2015 I decided to repaint our entire house; Kim came over and rescued my DIY paint options (read 20+lilttle paint sample squares all over my house). She ended up helping me pick colors that went well with the finishes I was not changing out; even finding an amazing new cabinet color I would NEVER have had the nerve to make happen. I loved that she really listened to me about my style and helped me when I didn't even know how to say what I wanted. When we ended up offering our house for sale the next year--we got a full price offer before the flowers we bought for listing pictures could wilt!! We have now purchased our next home and Kim has already done all our new paint colors (painting all done now too--thanks to Pro1 Painters) and she also came and hung a good bit of the pictures--always something that seems to take me MONTHS to get done after a move. I had a home on the market for one year, with an nontraditional floorplan. I called Show homes for help and they set up an appointment and toured the home. Kim was so friendly, kind and worked out a great deal that benefitted every one involved. The staging turned out beautiful and the new pics produced tons of new showings.
