Showhomes is an incredible team that gets results! Nancy could not be more engaged and responsive to us as out of state owners who needed to get our home ready to sell. Constantly high-energy, she managed a major master bath makeover, dozens of small repairs, fixes and upgrades as well as the dramatic final staging.
The work from her team was incredible, and we got to observe the finished project in person. The color pallet was ideal and the craftsmanship was first rate. Nancy’s team expertly tackled repairs and refinishing of exotic woods as well as rebuilt sticking, faulty components on our high end sliding doors and windows.

After home inspections, Nancy got our discrepancies fixed immediately can kept us on track for closing.
