Showhomes service was wonderful every step of the way. They made a huge difference in the sale of our Chapel Hill home, and were easy, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We live out of state, and Fred and their Home Manager took excellent care of our house, and gave us the invaluable gift of peace of mind. The Home Managers always made sure the house looked its best for every showing. Fred and Showhomes took care of every detail from carpet cleaning, to emptying years of items collected in the storage areas, as well as repairs from the Buyers Inspection Report. Having our home staged by Showhomes was well worth the fee, and I very highly recommend them.
