After trying for months to sell our beautiful home in Governors club, we turned to Fred and his team at Showhomes. Their attention to detail, follow through and ability to make our home look livable and warm I believe made the difference in getting a happy buyer and closing within 6 months ! His business model makes allot of sense and it was comforting knowing we had some responsible and conscientious people living in our home keeping it clean, well maintained and looking like a model! In addition, after the sale Showhomes was a big help in getting the home ready for the buyer walk through as well.
