2021 Showhomes Conference Award
We were so excited to attend our Showhomes Annual Conference
in Hollywood, Florida. The chance to
reconnect with other franchise owners and our friends at corporate was amazing. We always come away with new things to try
and great information to help us grow our business.
This year we were also so Happy to come away with several
awards! We have just been working on
building the best business we can & to be recognized with some fabulous
achievements is even better.
Showhomes Northville received the following awards:
- • Circle
of Excellence – Presented to the franchises that have an average score of 80%
or above on their Mystery Shops, have completed and passed all Showhomes U
courses, have a Listen 360 score of 55 or greater with a 90% data accuracy
rate in Franman (our corporate system) and 70% on the Digital Marketing Scorecard.
- Rising Star Franchise of the Year – Recognizes a franchise that has ramped up and excelled quickly in the first 12 months of business. They have staffed appropriately and are engaged in the franchise network, franchise calls (weekly & monthly), Conference and Regional Meetings, Listen 360 score of 55 or greater with a 90% data accuracy rate in Franman and have 80% or more on Mystery Shop Scores.
