My sellers had a beautiful home that was in perfect condition. But their furnishings just missed the mark a bit. Showhomes suggested they repaint the interior (which had recently been repainted, but the color wasn’t quite right) and suggested a color, and my clients did that. My clients moved out and Showhomes staged the house and it looked fabulous. No doubt in my mind that this is the reason the house sold shortly after it was staged despite a sluggish (at the time) market. Well done.
