The staging sold our house. Most people cannot visualize a space without furniture and having the staging and having it done right makes a huge difference. The house sat there with no good offers for a year and after this staging we had competing full price offers in a very short period of time. Great people and great service.

Trying to sell your home without it being occupied is a challenging task. You have to find someone to care for your home, while they supply furniture to stage the house making it look good, provide security, keeping the property clean, and be willing to move out within 30 days of a sales agreement ........next to impossible. Not so with Showhomes. They find the perfect people to recruit as your "home manager" and work closely with you to make this a great and affordable experience for all. Showhomes suggested they repaint the interior (which had recently been repainted, but the color wasn’t quite right) and suggested a color, and my clients did that. My clients moved out and Showhomes staged the house and it looked fabulous. No doubt in my mind that this is the reason the house sold shortly after it was staged despite a sluggish (at the time) market. Well done.
