My Mothers home sat on the market for over 2 years with hardly any showings and no offers. We took it off the market, Called Showhomes, they came in and did a wonderfull job of staging the entire home, Beautifully. After listing the home again and using the beautiful pictures and virtual video that Kim provided, we had an offer in less than 10 days, (1st person that looked at it) after putting it back on the market. I would say to anyone that is considering staging their home, that Showhomes did a Fantastic job and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
