I can’t say enough about Showhomes and Kim Odom. It was the best decision I could have made to sell my house. Kim is so easy to work with and incredibly flexible. She assisted me with choosing paint and flooring for a rental property at first. When my situation changed, she transitioned to helping me stage the house for sale.
