2022 Success Stories
Before anything else, we at Showhomes of Greater Raleigh would like to greet everyone a happy new year! 2022 has come and gone so fast with so many projects that have come our way. But for this blog, we want to highlight some of the greatest success stories that we have seen unfold as the year progressed.
Without further ado, let’s dive in!
102 Bennington Drive
This brick ranch home was staged in March this year in partnership with Lily Yu and Oak Springs Realty to showcase the common rooms and the owner’s suite. This sold for 21% above its asking price. After we staged the house, it only stayed on the market for a day before the homeowners accepted an offer!
104 Kenmont
This home stayed on the market for only 6 days! This was staged in the second week of April and was put up on the market on the 21st. This stunning 1.5-story home was listed for $720,000 and was sold for $810,000!
50 Willow Bridge Drive
This Durham home was such a looker, that it only stayed on the market for 3 days this fall. This sold for $30,000 above its asking price.
5005 Devonwood
This home was completely renovated before it was staged. This home was originally built in 1969 and needed updates to make it more competitive in today’s market. After the home updates, we were called to stage the home and, just a day after the staging, the home was under contract and was sold for $91,000 above its asking price!
5616 Winthrop Drive
This home sold after only 5 days on the market. The home was built 1967, a split-level, traditional single-family home. The home was listed for $615,000 and was sold for $835,000.
804 North Street
This Durham home sat on the market for 2 days before finding its new homeowners. The great thing about this is that it also sold well above its asking price! It was listed for $874,000 and was sold for $900,000!
East 2nd St 307
After having been listed vacant, this home sat for 8 months through multiple price drops without selling. We were called in to stage this historic home this fall before it was relisted. After staging, this home went under contract in 2 days and sold for $25,000 above its asking price!
889 Wake Towne
This Raleigh home only sat on the market for 2 days just like many other homes here on this list. This townhome unit was put up for sale on May 12 and got an offer come May 14. Eventually, it got sold for $725,000, a staggering $50,000 above its asking price.
