Showhomes, a full-service home staging, management, update and renovation franchise with more than 50 units nationwide, has spent the last few years perfecting its core revenue streams to meet the growing demand for luxury home services. After four decades of service to homeowners and their Realtors, the brand has become America’s premier home staging service coast-to-coast. Now, Showhomes has its sights set on expanding in ripe markets like Dallas,\u00a0northern Virginia and California.<\/p>\n

Each of these markets have experienced unprecedented growth in the last year. Between 2010 and 2020 Dallas gained 1,349,378 new residents, ranking first among U.S. metropolitan areas, and during the 2010s about 4.9 million\u00a0people moved to California from other states.<\/p>\n
