Pending in 8 days!

Our Client/Seller was very happy with the results and went into contract after only 8 days on the market. There were only 3 showings due to the slow time of year, otherwise I believe it would have gone into contract even sooner. The buyer stated they saw 20 homes with their agent and this one stood out by far.
