After a year on the market at 900K we changed Realtors, who introduced us to Showhomes. With Fred and his team, we were able to move into our new retirement community when our home was available. Otherwise we would either be trying to sell an empty house. Fred’s staging our home and providing a Home Manager was the best possible solution for us. The staging was well done – very professional. The Home Manager was very responsible in caring for the house. We would recommend ShowHomes even if you only need professional staging. Using the Home Manager works well to maintain the home in “ready to show” condition at all times.
