My husband and I had the privilege of being Home Managers for Fred and Loraine Pierson at Showhomes Raleigh. During our initial interview Fred thoroughly explained the benefits of having a real estate property staged and managed by a professional staging company. He also explained our responsibilities and role in creating a successful transaction for the homeowner. Throughout our tenure, Fred and Loraine were extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. Minor maintenance issues were fixed promptly and at our convenience.
