It was a pleasure working with you on the sale of our house this spring. We sold the house quickly and at asking price due to the efforts of Showhomes. Since we live overseas and had rented the house for the past four years it needed some updating within a budget. Show Homes was able to help us determine a list of items to be completed, select contractors and then manage contractors to achieve the highest asking price for our agent to list the home. Fred Pierson went above and beyond what we expected and provided a level of service not usually seen in today’s market. It is not surprising that customers are so interested in working with him. Having worked as consultants for much of our working life my wife and I understand what service means, service is a word used often by businesses, but not often achieved. Showhomes Raleigh provided excellent service for the sale of our home in March 2013 and we would recommend them to our closest friends and family.
