Home Staging isn’t just crucial for vacant homes, it can be the determining factor in a market that’s both quick and slow. Our resident design expert, Kristy Slater, knows how to masterfully create that wow factor, which in turn creates an emotional reaction to a home for buyers. If a buyer can see the potential of a home, or even feel inspired by the designs, the chances are they are going to make an offer.
