Buyer very much liked this condo right off Lake of the Isles.

The first level – while not overly large – is warm and inviting. The one pocket
door to the den off the living room was stuck. Kitchen is good size – though
they would redo it to maximize cabinets and ???

The upper level really blew this client away. They were quite impressed by all
the quirky little nooks and spaces – and would probably put in a washer-dryer
where the sink was on this level.

Staging: – whoever is living in this unit right now did a fantastic job in
maximizing its appeal. There is alot of space here – and the entire unit is
staged perfectly. They should receive a bonus at point of sale.

Overall – they liked this unit.
