There is nothing more difficult for the High Net Worth home owner to have their home vacant while on the market. Whether you are in town or out -of-town, the anxiety with an unoccupied home, seperate from the fact that it is not furnished ,is a gut-wrenching experience for homeowners, especially with such a major asset.
