We have passed the last major hurdle for the pending sale of our Valley View house. Closing is scheduled for October 8, 2010, which was confirmed today. This e-mail serves as notice of sale, and we are requesting that the property be vacated prior to closing on October 8, 2010.

We are very happy with the house managers Dale and Sue and with Showhomes for helping us to sell our house in a very challenging real estate market. Great job!
