This flagship service is designed for homeowners who could benefit from sorting through the myriad of details involved with preparing their homes for sale. Sometimes the owners don’t have time to clear out their home and other times it is too overwhelming.

This process includes a Project Manager and a team of Packing Specialists. The Project Manager will oversee the process and have direct communication with the client. The team will plan, organize, pack and purge items in the home at the direction of the homeowner.

We evaluate any potential home updates like carpet and paint that would freshen the appeal of the home. We oversee this part of the project as well while working with our subcontractors to execute the work.

Once the home has been decluttered and updated, we engage the talents of our Interior Designers and Staging Team to stage the home and make it photo-ready. The next step is listing, selling, and realizing the return on investment!
