When the new agent came to put it on the market she had heard that the two-tone wood floors were an issue for many Buyers.  They neutralized the wall color before we came in.  Buyers wouldn&#8217;t be bothered by the flooring once rugs and furniture were in place.  The agent agreed once she saw it staged.
