Kent took a Hugh work load off my sellers back as well as mine. This was a second home for my seller and was already furnished but was not show ready. Kent went through the home and chose a few of the sellers items to use but took the majority to a consignment shop for my seller and even put the items the seller wanted to keep in storage. He then helped coordinate painters for a couple of rooms. Brought in a ton of his own furniture and fixtures and a designer to stage the home. During this time he arranged for a home manager which moved in a few days before we listed. All went perfectly and our house went under contract to the third looker in only 17 days!! I have already been bragging and recommending Show Homes and Home staging as well as Kent to everyone I talk too! My seller is happy and commented on the Excellent Job Show Homes did and that he could not believe his house sold so quickly.
