House was staged promptly. Looked terrific and no sign of previous owner’s presence or character. I like that someone lived in the house during my absence, to keep it show-ready. Small details were subtle but helpful. Color theme wasn’t what I would have thought of, but must have been the right choice—because best of all, the house sold in three days!
