We got good vibes in our initial meeting and followed their directions for preparation. They brought furnishings and rearranged our furniture and the house looked so good I hated to leave.
The proof, we had 4 offers over asking in one day and sold for almost 10k over!
When the buyer did the pre closing walkthrough she seemed disappointed it looked so different without the staging
