I\u2019ve had a chance to reflect recently on 2022: the good, the not-so-good, and the lessons learned that have shaped our goals and vision for 2023. <br \/><br \/>Our team accomplished staging over $50 million in real estate that closed in 2022. We staged over 55 properties in a hot buying season where staging was essentially \u201coptional\u201d for many real estate agents and homeowners. Our average days on market was 11.76 with an average of 98.7% of list price. Our highest sale was 112% over list price. We\u2019re proud of these numbers and that 2022 was our best year ever in terms of revenue and production. More than that, we have served our clients to the best of our abilities and that is our mission every single day. And, we donated our time and resources to help some non-profit organizations to benefit those in need.<br \/><br \/>Here are some reflections of 2022:<br \/><br \/>FUN EVENTS<br \/>Here are some photos of our spring photos shoot for Real Producers magazine. We sported our vintage 80\u2019s vibe and enjoyed time with our colleagues.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1357\" src=\"https:\/\/legacy.showhomes.com\/charleston\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2023\/01\/Picture2-223x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"223\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/legacy.showhomes.com\/northville\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2023\/01\/Picture2-223x300.jpg 223w, https:\/\/legacy.showhomes.com\/northville\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2023\/01\/Picture2.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 223px) 100vw, 223px\" \/><br \/><br \/>DESIGN FAVES<br \/>One of my favorite projects was this stunning home on Daniel Island. This gorgeous renovation reflected a modern style and sophistication. And, the benefits of staging these homes delivered results for our clients. This distinctive home for Hunter Quinn Homes sold just days after being staged. It had previously been a home in the HGTV series Rock the Block, but wasn\u2019t the home we had originally worked on for that series. This one needed a bit of neutralization so that buyers could relate to the home itself<\/p>\r\n<p>I absolutely loved all of our update projects this year. My particular crush was the transformation of a ho-hum condo into a stunning and visually dynamic retreat for our out of town clients. Every inch of this unit was elevated to provide a cool, comfortable home-away-from-home. These challenges were more like retooling of our minds and focus. Staffing changes in our leadership team allowed for growth with our team\u2019s responsibilities and ultimately a more well-oiled organization. It\u2019s always hard to see someone leave, but we know that all things work together for good.<br \/><br \/>Our worst and most disappointing loss this year was a hack to our social media accounts. Our Marketing Manager had built our Instagram following to over 3,000 and the loss of this account was a real gut-punch. But, like so many things in life, you must get up, brush yourself off, and start over. That\u2019s exactly what we have done \u2013 looking ahead and not behind. It\u2019s been an uphill climb, but we are better for it! This was a little experiment and we\u2019ve had some fun sales and met some great customers!
