Professionally staged, our listing was sold quicker, garnered more attention and showings and sold for more than if we had not staged with Show Homes. Our house had a great room and many “lookers” couldn’t visualize how it would work for them. Having house staged removed that concern. May not have been successful finding a buyer without Showhomes!
